Infrastructure development zones and the provisions of the Infrastructure Development Zone Act are exempt from the provisions of the Community Service District Act [4-54-1 to 4-54-5 NMSA 1978] and the Special District Procedures Act [4-53-1 to 4-53-11 NMSA 1978].

ANNOTATIONS

Effective dates. — Laws 2009, ch. 136 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 19, 2009, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
