The secretary of finance and administration shall draw warrants on the state treasurer in payment of all accounts of the supreme court law library that have been audited by the chief justice and justices of the supreme court or their designees, to the extent of the appropriations made for such purposes but for no more.

ANNOTATIONSRecompilations. — Laws 2018, ch. 39, § 2 recompiled and amended former 18-1-6 NMSA 1978 as 34-2-12 NMSA 1978, effective July 1, 2018.
The 2018 amendment, effective July 1, 2018, made changes to conform with the transfer of authority over the supreme court law library to the supreme court; and after "payment of all accounts", deleted "which shall" and added "of the supreme court law library that", and after "audited by", deleted "said board of trustees" and added "the chief justice and justices of the supreme court or their designees".
