This act [32A-25-1 to 32A-25-5 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Carlos Vigil Memorial Act" in honor of Carlos Vigil.

ANNOTATIONS

Effective dates. — Laws 2015, ch. 132 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 19, 2015, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
