Chapter 27, Article 2D NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Education Works Act".

ANNOTATIONS

The 2009 amendment, effective June 19, 2009, changed the reference to the act to the chapter and article of NMSA 1978.

Applicability. — Laws 2009, ch. 186, § 7 provided that the provisions of Laws 2009, ch. 186 apply beginning August 1, 2009.
