Chapter 24, Article 21 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Genetic Information Privacy Act".

ANNOTATIONS

The 2015 amendment, effective June 19, 2015, changed that statutory reference of the Genetic Information Privacy Act from "This act" to "Chapter 24, Article 21 NMSA 1978".
