Chapter 24, Article 17 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Continuing Care Act".

The 2010 amendment, effective May 19, 2010, at the beginning of the sentence, deleted "Sections 1 through 13 of this act" and added "Chapter 24, Article 17 NMSA 1978".
