Chapter 24, Article 1 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Public Health Act".

ANNOTATIONS

The 2004 amendment, effective May 19, 2004, changed the statutory reference from "Sections 1 through 22" to "Chapter 24, Article 1".

Laws 2004, ch. 44, § 1 and Laws 2004, ch. 50, § 1 enacted identical amendments to this section. The section was set out as amended by Laws 2004, ch. 50, § 1. See 12-1-8 NMSA 1978.
