Chapter 10, Article 16A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Financial Disclosure Act".

ANNOTATIONS

The 2019 amendment, effective January 1, 2020, changed "Section 39 through 45 of this act" to "Chapter 10, Article 16A NMSA 1978".
