State general member coverage plan 2 is applicable to state general members after September 30, 1987.

ANNOTATIONS

Repeals and reenactments. — Laws 1987, Chapter 253 repealed former 10-11-21 NMSA 1978, as amended by Laws 1985 (1st S.S.), ch. 10, § 4, relating to income fund, and enacted a new section, effective July 1, 1987.
