34:1B-282 Qualification for tax credit.
14. To qualify for a tax credit under the program, a developer shall:
a. enter into a memorandum of agreement or other oversight document with the Commissioner of Environmental Protection in accordance with the provisions of section 37 of P.L.1997, c.278 (C.58:10B-29); or
b. comply with the requirements set forth in subsection b. of section 30 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10B-1.3) for the remediation of the site of the redevelopment project.
