30:9-23.23 Transfer exempt, certain.

9. The transfer of a hospital to an authority pursuant to the provisions of P.L.2006, c.46 (C.30:9-23.15 et al.) shall be exempt from the provisions of section 2 of P.L.2000, c.143 (C.26:2H-7.11).
