A producer of limited lines travel insurance is responsible for the acts of each travel retailer, or employee or authorized representative of a travel retailer, who offers or disseminates travel insurance under the license of the producer of limited lines travel insurance and shall use every reasonable means to ensure compliance by the travel retailers with the provisions of this chapter and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
