"Medical cannabis independent testing laboratory" means a facility described in NRS 678B.290 that:

1. Is licensed by the Board pursuant to NRS 678B.210; and

2. Tests:

(a) Cannabis intended for the medical use of cannabis.

(b) Medical cannabis products.

(Added to NRS by 2019, 3772, effective July 1, 2020)
