In making the examinations required by chapters 657 to 671, inclusive, of NRS, the Commissioner and any appointed examiner may administer oaths to examine any officer, director, manager, agent, employee, customer, depositor, stockholder or member of the bank, or any other person touching the affairs and business of the bank being examined. Any examiner may summon in writing any officer, director, manager, agent, employee, customer, depositor, stockholder or member, or any other person who is a resident of this State, to appear before the examiner and testify in relation to the affairs and business of the bank.
