The provisions of this chapter do not apply to any:

1. Test or examination conducted by a law enforcement officer or agency;

2. Test or examination required by a court as a part of or in addition to a program of treatment and rehabilitation pursuant to NRS 453.580; or

3. Task performed in accordance with the regulations adopted by the Board pursuant to NRS 449.0304 or 449.4309.
