Every licensed or registered nail technologist, electrologist, esthetician, hair designer, shampoo technologist, hair braider, demonstrator of cosmetics or cosmetologist shall, within 30 days after changing his or her place of business or personal mailing address, as designated in the records of the Board, notify the Board of the new place of business or personal mailing address. Upon receipt of the notification, the Board shall make the necessary change in the records.
