If a person contests a citation issued pursuant to NRS 624.341 or order to correct a violation of the provisions of this chapter within 15 business days after receiving the citation or order, or on or before such later date as specified by the Board pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 624.345, the Board shall hold a hearing pursuant to NRS 624.291.
