- Insurer to designate claim as for catastrophic injury if injury later satisfies requirements for catastrophic injury.
An insurer that did not originally accept a claim as a claim for a catastrophic injury shall designate the claim as a claim for a catastrophic injury if at any time after the claim is accepted the injury satisfies the requirements for a catastrophic injury.
