Certain phrases relating to a claim for compensation for an industrial injury or occupational disease and used by a physician or chiropractor when determining the causation of an industrial injury or occupational disease are deemed to be equivalent and may be used interchangeably. Those phrases are:

1. "Directly connect this injury or occupational disease as job incurred"; and

2. "A degree of reasonable medical probability that the condition in question was caused by the industrial injury."
