False statement or failure to disclose material fact to obtain or increase benefit under federal law or law of another state.

Except as otherwise provided in subsection 5 of NRS 612.445, any person residing in this State who claims benefits under any agreement existing between the Division and some other state or the Federal Government, who willfully makes a false statement or representation or knowingly fails to disclose a material fact to obtain or increase benefits under the provisions of the unemployment law of any other state or the Federal Government is guilty of a misdemeanor.
