1. An application for a governmental agency certificate or license as a government applicator must be made to the Director and contain such information regarding the applicant’s qualifications and proposed operations and other relevant matters as required by regulation of the Director.

2. A city, county, state or other governmental agency is not required to obtain more than one governmental agency certificate to engage in pest control within its jurisdiction.
