- Submission of certain information regarding holder of license or permit to Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of Department of Health and Human Services. [Effective until the date of the repeal of 42 U.S.C. § 666, the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]
The Department shall, upon request of the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of Health and Human Services, submit to the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services the name, address and social security number of each person who holds a license or permit to hunt, fish or trap, or a license to practice commercial taxidermy, and any pertinent changes in that information.
