- Warrant must not be issued for failure to pay assessment, fine or fee for traffic violation unless person provided opportunity to satisfy assessment, fine or fee by way of community service and has failed to perform such service.
If a person has failed to pay any administrative assessment, fine or court fee imposed upon the person for a violation of any provision of chapters 484A to 484E, inclusive, of NRS, a warrant must not be issued unless the person has been provided with the opportunity to perform community service to satisfy the entire amount due and has failed to perform such community service.
