It is the public policy of the People of the State of Nevada that contracts related to the operation of marijuana establishments under this chapter should be enforceable, and no contract entered into by a licensee, its employees, or its agents as permitted pursuant to a valid license issued by the Department, or by those who allow property to be used by a licensee, its employees, or its agents as permitted pursuant to a valid license issued by the Department, shall be deemed unenforceable on the basis that the actions or conduct permitted pursuant to the license are prohibited by federal law.
