1. Any person who believes himself or herself to be a person with a narcotic use disorder may make application to the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department for voluntary submission to treatment maintained under the provisions of NRS 453.660 or NRS 458.290 to 458.350, inclusive.

2. The Division of Public and Behavioral Health shall adopt regulations relating to the requirements for voluntary submission under this section.
