- Placement of substance in schedule allowed if controlled by federal law pursuant to international treaty, convention or protocol.
The Board may place a substance in schedule I, II, III, IV or V without making the findings respectively required for those schedules if the substance is controlled under the corresponding schedule of the federal Controlled Substances Act by a federal agency as the result of an international treaty, convention or protocol.
