- Agency which provides child welfare services retains responsibility for health and well-being of child in its custody.
The provisions of NRS 432B.4681 to 432B.469, inclusive, do not relieve an agency which provides child welfare services of any responsibility of the agency relating to the general health and well-being of a child in the custody of the agency.
