The Attorney General may initiate or defend any action commenced in any court to carry out or enforce the provisions of NRS 321.596 to 321.599, inclusive, or seek any appropriate judicial relief to protect the interests of the State or the people of the State in the public lands. The right to enforce the provisions of NRS 321.596 to 321.599, inclusive, vests exclusively in the Attorney General.
