1. In a county whose population is 700,000 or more, the commission may provide for the construction, installation and maintenance of vending stands for passengers of public mass transportation in any building, terminal or parking facility owned, operated or leased by the commission.
2. The provisions of NRS 426.630 to 426.720, inclusive, apply to a vending stand constructed, installed or maintained pursuant to this section.
