Prosecutions: Statutory duty or right of district attorney applies to Attorney General.

When the Attorney General is acting in a criminal matter and a statutory duty or right is provided for the district attorney related to the prosecution of that offense, the statutory provision applies to the Attorney General as it would apply to the district attorney if the district attorney were conducting the prosecution.
