- Certain legislative measures requested by committee must include name of Legislator or organization on whose behalf legislative measure was requested.
If a standing or special committee of the Legislature requests the drafting of a legislative measure on behalf of a Legislator or an organization, the legislative measure must indicate the name of the standing or special committee and the Legislator or organization on whose behalf the legislative measure was originally requested.
