Powers and Duties of Personal Representatives
- Multiple personal representatives: Effect of absence or disability; sufficiency of acts of majority.
If there are two personal representatives, the acts of one alone are valid if the other is absent from the state, or for any cause is laboring under any legal disability, and if there are more than two, the acts of a majority are sufficient.
