If a court has issued an order granting caretaking authority under NRS 125C.0659 to 125C.0677, inclusive, or an agreement granting caretaking authority has been executed under NRS 125C.0649 to 125C.0657, inclusive, the court may enter a temporary order for child support consistent with the laws of this State other than NRS 125C.0601 to 125C.0693, inclusive, if the court has jurisdiction under NRS 130.0902 to 130.802, inclusive.
