Before a tenant signs an initial rental agreement for a manufactured home lot, the landlord shall, by separate written document, disclose to the tenant the zoning designations adopted pursuant to chapter 278 of NRS for the manufactured home lot to be rented and for each parcel of land adjoining the manufactured home park.
