85-9-305. Entry of dissolution order. (1) The court shall enter an order dissolving the district when it appears to the satisfaction of the court that:

(a) all obligations of the district have been discharged;

(b) all the costs of termination have been paid.

(2) A certified copy of the order shall be recorded by the clerk of the court in all counties in which the district was situated and filed with the secretary of state.
