85-8-619. Assessments to have effect of judgment. Each and every sum assessed for construction, for additional assessment, or for repairs against any land or against any corporation, as soon as such assessment is confirmed by the court, shall be and is declared to be a judgment of the district court in favor of said drainage district and against said land or corporation. Unless some other method of collection is herein provided, the judgment shall be collected in the same manner as any other money judgment is collected; provided, that whenever said assessment is a lien upon land, it shall only be collected out of said land on which it is a lien.
