85-7-2015. Effect of contracting with United States. If contract is to be made with the United States as provided in 85-7-1906 and bonds are not to be deposited with the United States in connection with the contract, the board of commissioners need not authorize the issuance of bonds, or if bonds are required in addition to the contract, the commissioners may authorize bonds only for the amount needed in addition to the contract.
