37-31-203. Rulemaking powers. The board shall, by notice, hearing, and submission of views, adopt rules for:

(1) the conduct of board business;

(2) the qualification and licensure of applicants to practice or teach under this chapter;

(3) the regulation and instruction of students;

(4) the conduct of schools for students;

(5) the qualification and licensure of applicants for booth rental licenses; and

(6) generally the conduct of the persons, firms, or corporations affected by this chapter.
