Board of trustees created by sections 86.013 and 86.023 dissolved and functions transferred, when. — As soon as the board of trustees provided for by section 86.213 shall have been established, the board of trustees provided for by sections 86.013 and 86.023 shall be dissolved and its functions shall be assumed by the board of trustees established under the provisions of section 86.213.
