Federal low income telephone assistance matching funds, compliance to obtain. — The public service commission, the department of social services, and participating providers of local exchange telecommunications service shall comply with all requirements expressly provided by federal order, regulation, and statute for eligible subscribers to qualify for, and to receive matching federal low income telephone assistance.
