Accessory to felony, where indicted. — An indictment against an accessory to any felony may be found in any county where the offense of such accessory shall have been committed, notwithstanding the principal offense may have been committed in another county; and the like proceedings shall be had therein, in all respects, as if the principal offense had been committed in the same county.
