Bond and affidavit filed before circuit clerk issues writ of attachment. — If there be not a sufficient affidavit and bond certified with the associate circuit judge's record, and other papers in the cause, the clerk shall not issue a writ of attachment until a sufficient affidavit and bond be filed.
