If person is minor, notice to be served upon whom. — In case the person interested be a minor, the notice shall be served on the guardian of such minor, and on such minor, if over age of fourteen years, and residing within this state. A guardian ad litem may be appointed by the judge granting the commission, when there is no guardian.
