Writs and other processes returned to first term, when, effect. — When any writ or other process is made returnable to any stated term of any court of record and the time of holding such term shall be changed by the legislature or by local court rule, such process shall be returned to the first term of the court held in pursuance of such change, and with the same effect as if returned at the time named in such process.
