Stealing grain, penalty. — A warehouseman commits the offense of stealing grain if he or she sells grain owned by another person which has been delivered to him or her for the purpose of storage without the owner's consent, or by means of deceit or coercion, with the intent to deprive the owner of the grain either permanently or temporarily. Stealing grain by a warehouseman is a class D felony.
