Copy of articles of association, evidence, when. — A copy of any articles of association filed and recorded in pursuance of this chapter, or of the record thereof, with a copy of the affidavit aforesaid endorsed thereon or annexed thereto, and certified to be a copy by the secretary of state, shall be presumptive evidence of the incorporation of such company, and of the facts therein stated.
