379.263. Mutual companies other than life and fire to file statement of affairs, when. — Any company organized under the provisions of sections 379.205 to 379.310 shall on the first day of January of each year or within sixty days thereafter, file with the director of the department of commerce and insurance a statement of its affairs in the same manner and form as provided in section 379.105.
