Deposits of trustee, how paid out. — Whenever any deposit shall be made in any bank, banking institution or trust company by any person as trustee, or by any person in trust for another, and no other or further notice of the existence and terms of such trust shall have been given in writing to the bank, banking institution or trust company, the same may be paid upon the check or order of said trustee, bearing his signature and containing the same words in which said deposit was made.
