Inspector's oath. — Any inspector, before he shall enter on the duties of his office, shall take and subscribe the following oath before any officer authorized by law to administer oaths: "I do solemnly swear, that I will execute the duties of an inspector of the election now to be held with strict impartiality, and according to the best of my ability.".
