Filing of unpublished notice and affidavit. — A copy of said published notice, with the affidavit of the publisher to the effect that such notice has been published according to law, shall be filed by the publisher with the county clerk, who shall preserve the same among the records of his office for the inspection of any person desiring to see the same.
